Supported Employment
People with intellectual and physical challenges have many talents and skills that are overlooked. For over a decade, our clients have been showing employers just how much they have to offer! CHS promotes career exploration and job shadowing so that individuals with limited experiences are able to gain an understanding of what is available in the job market. In addition, our customers are carefully assessed so that they can identify positions that will best match their skills and interests.
Our services support the individual through the entire employment process. We assist with job seeking skills, employment placement and on the job training. In some instances, a job coach may be assigned to help ensure that successful work skills are developed and reinforced. |
